The Glaance software is published under the GNU General Public License 3 and the Creative Commons license BY-NC-SA 4.0. It is free to use for personal and commercial projects. Copyright remarks may not be removed.
In case you want to develop an own project, based on Glaance, or if you want to redistribute Glaance or derivates of it or in case you want to bundle it with other packages please read the GNU and CC licenses carefully. In brief, you may modify and redistribute Glaance, provided all copyright information remains intact and only if you redistribute your product under the same licenses (in this case, as a free product). You may under no circumstances sell Glaance, derivates of it or bundles including Glaance.
Should you be planning any kind of modification, redistribution or bundling please read the licenses carefully. In case of doubt please get in touch. I'm sure we can work something out.
The name "Glaance" and the Glaance logo are protected by international copyright laws. They may be used unchanged for information purposes only.
In any case, according to the GNU and CC licenses, all copyright notices must remain intact. The logo and the "Powered by Glaance" link on the interface may not be removed and must remain there even if the source code has been altered or if you develop a product based on the Glaance.

The nature of the Glaance software makes it necessary to mention names of companies and products, in explanations or other texts, on this website or in other media, especially Adobe and Premiere Pro. None of the companies or products mentioned on this website are in any manner related to Glaance or its creator. Glaance is in no way endorsed or supported by Adobe or other companies.
The creator of Glaance claims no rights to any third-party names, brands, logos, products or services.
The Glaance software is a personal non-profit project. It is distributed, without charge, in the hope that it will be useful to filmmakers and video editors.
The software is work in progress and is provided "as is" without any warranty or liability. You are solely responsible for everything you do with the software and for every effect this may have or any damage it may cause. For details refer to the sections 15 and 16 of the GNU GPL 3 and the section 5 of the CC BY-NC-SA 4.
